Affiliate Program Terms

FLATNINE REFERRALS — AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS Last updated: February 2026 By creating an affiliate account, you ("Affiliate") agree to the following terms and conditions governing your participation in the Flatnine Referrals affiliate program ("Program"). 1. ENROLLMENT AND ELIGIBILITY 1.1. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. 1.2. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. 1.3. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. 1.4. One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to exploit the program is grounds for immediate termination. 2. AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS 2.1. You agree to comply with all campaign-specific policies displayed on each campaign page. Campaign policies are part of these terms. 2.2. You are solely responsible for your promotional activities and must ensure they comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection laws (GDPR), consumer protection regulations, and advertising standards. 2.3. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements (e.g., FTC guidelines, EU transparency rules). 2.4. You must not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices. 3. REFERRAL TRACKING AND ATTRIBUTION 3.1. Referrals are tracked via unique referral links assigned to your account. You are responsible for using the correct link. 3.2. We use cookies and other tracking methods for attribution. The cookie duration is specified per campaign. 3.3. Self-referrals (referring yourself or accounts you control) are prohibited and will be rejected. 3.4. We employ automated fraud detection. Referrals flagged as fraudulent may be rejected without prior notice. 4. COMMISSIONS AND PAYMENTS 4.1. Commission rates, types, and structures are defined per campaign and may be changed at any time with reasonable notice. 4.2. Commissions are earned when a referred user completes the qualifying action defined in the campaign (e.g., paid subscription, purchase). 4.3. Earned commissions go through a review period before approval. The review period is specified per campaign. 4.4. We reserve the right to withhold, delay, or reverse commissions if we determine that the underlying referral was fraudulent, in violation of these terms, or resulted in a chargeback or refund. 4.5. Payments are processed according to the payout method configured in your account settings. Minimum payout thresholds may apply. 4.6. You are responsible for any taxes owed on commissions earned. 5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT 5.1. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions: a) Cookie stuffing, click fraud, ad injection, or any form of artificial traffic generation b) Sending unsolicited commercial emails (spam) c) Misrepresenting yourself as an employee or official representative of any advertiser d) Bidding on advertiser brand terms in paid advertising unless explicitly allowed by the campaign policy e) Creating domains or landing pages that impersonate or could be confused with official advertiser properties f) Incentivizing clicks or sign-ups through unauthorized means (e.g., "click my link and I'll pay you") g) Scraping, data harvesting, or unauthorized access to any part of the platform 6. TERMINATION 6.1. Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. 6.2. We may immediately suspend or terminate your account if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms or any campaign-specific policy. 6.3. Upon termination for cause, all pending and unpaid commissions are forfeited. 6.4. Upon voluntary termination in good standing, approved commissions will be paid according to the standard payment schedule. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 7.1. The Program is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding earnings, conversion rates, or the continued availability of any campaign. 7.2. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim. 8. MODIFICATIONS 8.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on your account. 8.2. Continued participation in the Program after changes are communicated constitutes acceptance. 9. GENERAL 9.1. These terms are governed by Italian law. 9.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Milan, Italy. 9.3. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
